We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administration and Operations Officer to manage day-to-day operations and administrative functions at our shopping centre. Requirements: • Minimum 4 years of experience in administration and operations within the shopping centre or retail property sector • Strong understanding of facility management, tenant coordination, and retail operations • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to handle vendor management, service contracts, and regulatory compliance • Proficient in MS Office and general office software, knowledge of property management system, ANPR parking system and its software • Prepare Rotas for cleaners, security guards, control over all AMC contracts and contractors and assuring timely services. • Knwledge of Rera, Sira, rules and regulations, DM inspections etc. Only apply if you understand thorougly these requirements mentioned above.
