About the Role:
We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing property and building operations, landlord affairs, tenant relations, and coordination with government entities, vendors, suppliers, and service providers. The role also requires strong leadership abilities to manage and coordinate a small support team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full spectrum of property management, including leasing, renewals, maintenance, and operational performance.
• Act as the primary liaison for landlords, handling ownership matters, financials, and approvals.
• Manage building-related issues, ensuring safety, compliance, and functionality of all facilities.
• Address tenant needs and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and tenant retention.
• Deal directly with government authorities, including:
• Dubai Land Department (Ejari registration and updates)
• Rental Dispute Center
• DEWA, Civil Defense, and Municipality (permits, inspections, compliance)
• Oversee vendors, service providers, and facility management companies, ensuring contracts are executed, KPIs met, and services delivered efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation, lease records, service contracts, and renewal schedules.
• Prepare financial and operational reports including budgets, payment schedules, and service charge reconciliation.
• Lead and manage a team of support staff, ensuring tasks are delegated and executed effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Diploma or higher in Business Management, Property Management, or related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years in property management within the UAE.
• Expertise in:
• Landlord and building matters
• Government processes (Ejari, DEWA, Civil Defense, Municipality)
• Dealing with tenants, vendors, suppliers, and service providers
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication (written and verbal), team leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Other: Must be proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
