Description

Job Description: Balaji Properties FZ LLC is looking for a licensed and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, skilled in sales and negotiation, and knowledgeable about the UAE property market, especially in Al Hamra, Al Marjan Island, and Mina Al Arab. As a Real Estate Broker, you will be responsible for managing property transactions from start to finish, providing exceptional service to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Key Responsibilities: Actively list, market, and sell/rent residential and commercial properties Generate leads through networking, referrals, and property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.) Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and negotiations Prepare and process all required documentation and contracts (MOUs, tenancy agreements, etc.) Provide expert advice to clients regarding market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, RERA regulations, and market trends Requirements: Proven work experience as a Real Estate Broker or Agent in the UAE Valid RERA broker license or willingness to obtain one Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Excellent knowledge of property portals and CRM software Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage Self-motivated and target-driven UAE driving license and own car (preferred)
