This position requires someone well-organized, tech-savvy, and proactive, with strong phone and written communication skills and proven experience in the Dubai real estate market. You will support the sales team by handling CRM operations, staff coordination, and documentation, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning in a fast-paced environment. ? Key Responsibilities Managing and listing properties CRM & Lead Management Manage and maintain CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) Assign and track incoming leads Log all client communications accurately Generate lead activity and performance reports HR & Staff Coordination Maintain HR files (offers, warnings, reviews, leave tracking) Coordinate staff tasks and help monitor performance Act as the go-to for internal procedures and policies Assist onboarding and enforce office processes Office Admin & Real Estate Documentation Oversee day-to-day office operations Prepare & manage: Ejari certificates Tenancy contracts MOU, DLD forms, listing forms Ensure listing data and internal updates are current ✅ Requirements Female candidate only (role-specific) Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate admin (Dubai market) Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office & real estate platforms Strong multitasking, coordination, and organizational skills Excellent spoken & written English Can perform well under pressure
