Established in 2008, our company prides itself on integrity, honesty, and reliability, while consistently delivering outstanding results.   Role Summary:  The role of the Senior Consultant is pivotal in aiding our business growth by successfully placing technical and commercial senior professionals across the Upstream Oil & Gas industry. This position entails driving candidate and client relations, while managing the recruitment process from inception to completion (360 recruitment).   The position will focus on permanent recruitment and retained/executive search assignments in the Upstream Oil & Gas industry, specialising at senior technical, commercial and corporate levels.  Key Responsibilities:   Candidate Generation:  Actively source and attract qualified candidates across specified disciplines.   Manage your own recruitment desk and develop market expertise.   Conduct headhunting for open vacancies, including pre-screening and reference checks.   Ensure accurate and efficient candidate database management.   Submit qualified candidate CVs and shortlists in a timely manner.   Provide regular feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.   Oversee the entire recruitment life cycle from submission through to offer acceptance.   Client Relations:   Maintain and enhance existing client relationships.   Conduct effective business development to secure new clients.   Negotiate and finalize client contracts.   Engage with HR/Internal Recruitment, Technical Management & Senior Executives.   Ensure accurate management of client accounts.  Monitor client activities and potential recruitment needs.   Independently present relevant data to clients.   Manage the recruitment process from a client perspective, ensuring satisfaction throughout.   Desired Competencies & Capabilities:   Competencies:   Resourcing & Researching   Process Management   Achieving Targets  Sales (Business Development / Client Development)  Personal Effectiveness   Capabilities:   Proficient in managing a recruitment desk.   Client account management and deal closure.   Ability to build and enhance market expertise.   Independently present data to clients.   Strengthen personal brand and professional network.   Skills & Experience:   University degree.   Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment.   Full clean driving licence.   Willingness to travel as needed.   Excellent communication and negotiation skills.   Confident and persuasive telephone manner.   Creative and innovative approach to recruitment.   Organized, self-motivated, and proactive.   Strong networking abilities.   Professional demeanour with commercial awareness.   Exceptional planning and organizational skills.   Effective in providing constructive feedback.   Skilled in accurate record keeping.   Benefits:   Uncapped Commission Two Paid Volunteering Days per Year

About the job Based at the Emirates palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi within the Food & Beverage Department, the Assistant Restaurant Manager responsible to provide an outstanding guest experience within the outlet concept by assisting in managing a service team in cooperation with the culinary team. The Assistant Restaurant Manager provides a courteous, professional and efficient service in accordance with the standards of Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi. The Assistant Restaurant Manager reports to the Restaurant Manager. As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties: Provide a professional and courteous service at all times and ensure that all employees of the assigned outlet follow the example. Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organised at all times. Execute and demand the team to execute the highest level of service and set-up standards at all times. Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered by the hotel. Understand thoroughly the concept of the outlet and train all employees of the outlet in regard to the concept.
