The Role We’re looking for a Front Desk Receptionist / Personal Assistant who will be the first point of contact for our office and provide essential day-to-day support to our management team. This role combines reception duties with administrative and personal assistant responsibilities to help keep our operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Reception: Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner. Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general office inquiries. Keep the reception and meeting areas tidy, organized, and presentable. ✅ Administrative Support: Handle daily correspondence, document filing, and maintain office records. Prepare meeting rooms and assist with scheduling and follow-ups. Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors when needed. Personal Assistant Tasks: Support managers with calendar management, appointment setting, and reminders. Assist with basic follow-ups and occasional personal errands. Help coordinate internal team activities or small company events. What We’re Looking For Languages: Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Arabic is a plus and will be considered an advantage. Based in Dubai, ready to join immediately or within a short notice period. Ideal age range: 25-35, to align with the dynamic pace and culture of our office. Related work experience is required: Must have previous experience in front desk, administrative, or personal assistant roles. Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Confident using Word, Excel, Outlook, and general office software. Presentable, professional appearance with a friendly, approachable personality.
