Front Desk Responsibilities • Greeting and welcoming visitors or clients professionally. • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls. • Handling walk-in inquiries and guiding visitors to the appropriate person or department. ⸻ ️ Administrative Support • Managing and scheduling appointments or meetings. • Maintaining the reception area to ensure it is clean and organized. • Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail or deliveries. • Performing basic data entry tasks and maintaining office records. • Handling office supply inventory and ordering when necessary. ⸻ Communication Duties • Responding to emails and other correspondence. • Providing basic and accurate information in person or via phone/email. • Communicating messages clearly to staff and management. ⸻ Support to Other Departments • Assisting with HR, billing, or document filing tasks when needed. • Coordinating with cleaners, technicians, or service providers.
