We are a growing creative group in Dubai building a modern media and lifestyle business. Our content focuses in areas such as fashion, high-energy cooking YouTube show (Samica Lazy Girl Series), a soon-to-launch podcast, with more in the pipeline. We’re launching an in-house content and media department to bring our vision to life—and we’re looking for a video editor that can add value. What You’ll Do: Film and edit short-form and long-form video content (Reels, YouTube, BTS, Podcast, product videos) Set up and manage lights, audio, and basic studio equipment Work directly with the founders to brainstorm and develop content Batch produce episodes and social media clips for multi-platform use Organize footage, maintain file systems, and upload to cloud platforms Be a core part of a fast-moving, creative team with big vision and momentum What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience shooting and editing content Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve Ability to operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras and lighting/audio gear Strong eye for storytelling, timing, and visual composition Organized and self-driven with a “get it done” mindset Bonus if you have experience in motion graphics or podcast editing Perks: Work in a beautiful creative space with kitchen and podcast studio access Collaborate directly with founders and talent Opportunity to grow into a leadership position as the department scales Fun, entrepreneurial culture with flexibility and ownership To Apply: Send your CV, portfolio or showreel, and a short note telling us why you’re excited to work with us.

You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (creative, media planning, digital), ensuring clear communication, timely project delivery, and campaign performance tracking. Responsibilities include understanding client goals, preparing proposals and reports, negotiating contracts, and identifying upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in account management (media/advertising preferred), strong presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and local language is required.
