Job Title: Flexo Printing Operator – Plastic Industry (5–10 Years Experience) Location: Ajman - Industrial Area 2 Department: Production / Printing Reporting To: Production Supervisor / Printing Manager Employment Type: Full-Time --- Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flexo Printing Operator with 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in the plastic manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate must have practical knowledge of flexographic printing on LD, LLD, PP, and HD materials, as well as flexo sheet printing with up to 6-color jobs. The candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting printing machines, training junior staff, and ensuring high-quality output under tight production schedules. --- Key Responsibilities: Operate and manage flexographic printing machines for LD, LLD, PP, and HD products. Run flexo sheet printing jobs of up to 6 colors, maintaining accuracy and color consistency. Monitor the entire printing process to ensure quality and efficiency. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of printing equipment. Train and guide junior operators and helpers to enhance team skill level and efficiency. Inspect printed materials for quality assurance and correct any deviations. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards. Manage workload and deadlines in a high-pressure environment without compromising quality. Coordinate with the production and design teams to execute print jobs as per customer specifications. Maintain detailed records of production output, downtime, and material usage. --- Requirements: 5 to 10 years of proven experience as a Flexo Printing Operator in the plastic industry. Proficient in printing on LDPE, LLDPE, PP, and HDPE films. Strong expertise in handling 6-color flexographic printing machines. Deep understanding of ink formulation, color matching, and registration. Ability to train and mentor junior operators. Excellent problem-solving and mechanical skills. Ability to work independently and handle production pressure. Willingness to work rotational shifts if required. --- Preferred Qualifications: Technical diploma or certification in Printing Technology or related field. Experience with CI (Central Impression) and stack-type flexo presses.
