In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our TAMM systems, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with our software solutions. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to define specifications and translate business requirements into technical solutions. About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Engineer to join our team, specializing in the installation, and integration of interior systems and furnishings for luxury yachts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in interior outfitting, marine systems, and technical drawing, with a sharp eye for quality, precision, and aesthetics. Experience in interior design, carpentry, or on-site outfitting will be considered a valuable asset. Key Responsibilities • Create 3D models, CAD layout sketches, and visual renderings of interior designs and furniture. • Provide technical consultancy, including participation in design reviews in collaboration with other departments. • Support and coordinate the assembly and installation of interior furniture on board. • Propose and implement continuous improvements to interior designs. • Effectively manage individual tasks and contribute to team-based projects. • Communicate clearly and professionally with cross-functional teams. • Assist with purchasing and stock management related to interior outfitting components and materials. * Manage and grow the safe and cost-effective operations of the business. * Managing all the workforce, and quality assurance. * Build and maintain strong relationships with the team, management, and stakeholders. * Manage the projects and site team successfully and collaboratively. * Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with Employer, Project Managers, consultants/engineers, subcontractors, and governmental agencies. * Responsible for the end-to-end management of the business's supply contracts and their external clients. * Review all project documents, including project submittals, RFI’s, and shop drawings, for completeness and accuracy. * Promote a team environment through active engagement and collaboration to achieve operational efficiencies, cost-saving and improved safety. * Assist Superintendent with project set-up including site logistics. * Responsible for managing project financials, billings, and cost procedures. * Responsible for the financial oversight of field labor. * Conduct team meetings, main contractor/consultant/employer meetings, presenting job cost, scheduling updates, and project status reports at regular intervals. * Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety. * Maximise and optimize the performance of people, plant, and fleet to deliver the highest customer service and performance outcomes. * Manage project closeout. * Attend company and industry events including meetings, trainings, workshops, etc. * Construction finishing experienced (at least 1 year experienced in UAE).

Inspect welded surfaces and structures for quality and accuracy. Maintain welding equipment and ensure safety compliance.
