Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. Proven experience in a senior engineering role within luxury real estate development (10-15 years) Strong understanding of engineering principles, practices, and regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
