Responsibilities include hydraulic modeling, system installation, water resource management, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Design efficient irrigation systems (drip, sprinkler, surface) using CAD/GIS tools. Conduct site assessments, soil/water analyses, and water requirement calculations. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and project schedules. Supervise installation, testing, and maintenance of irrigation infrastructure. Ensure compliance with water conservation laws and sustainability standards. Collaborate with farmers, contractors, and government agencies. Troubleshoot system issues and recommend improvements.
