Asico is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Project Engineer to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications while maintaining high safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to designs, specifications, and regulations. Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and construction documents. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project progress. Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor project progress and compliance with safety and quality standards. Identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner to prevent delays. Prepare detailed project reports, including timelines and budget tracking. Ensure all materials used and work performed meet contract specifications. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in civil engineering. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum of 3 years experience in civil engineering with G+12 or above. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and building codes. Proficiency with engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. The role?  The Workshop Manager will oversee and coordinate all operations related to the refurbishment and maintenance of offshore pedestal crane components within the workshop. This role involves managing workshop activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, optimizing productivity, and delivering high-quality services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mechanical systems, leadership capabilities, and a focus on safety and efficiency. Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas Workshop Operations Management:  Plan, schedule, and supervise all refurbishment and maintenance activities for offshore pedestal crane components.  Ensure the efficient use of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.  Develop and implement maintenance schedules to meet project deadlines.  Technical Oversight: Inspect and assess the condition of components and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions. Provide technical guidance to workshop teams on mechanical, hydraulic, and structural repair processes. Ensure adherence to quality control standards during all refurbishment activities.
