Senior Barista / Head Barista

We are looking for a Head Barista to support operate and manage a specialty coffee shop in Dubai (under a Manager): Requirements: 1. Atleast 5 years experience in preparing specialty coffee, matcha, and other beverages in the UAE 2. Must be able to perfectly make filter-based coffee, milk-based coffee, and matcha both iced and hot. Ensuring quality control to new barista 3. Must have experience in upskilling new baristas and waiters 4. Must have operational experience in using a PoS system, handling inventory, platform-management, preparing accounts, and ensuring proper customer service 5. Must be kind, humble, ready-to-serve customers, and welcoming of guests 6. Should not have any past experiences of illicit practices with senior management, fellow employees, or customers 7. Must be able to communicate in English 8. Willing to work in Dubai 9. Must understand this is a sensitive leading position whereby the Head Barista will lead 4 other Barista and work with a floor manager. Person should be presentable, respectful, and good with people!
