Urgently Hiring-CAPTIAN for a South Indian Restaurant in Ajman Roles & Responsibilities Guest Service Management-Greet guests warmly and ensure they are seated comfortably. Present the menu, describe dishes, and make recommendations. Take orders accurately and ensure special requests are clearly noted. Supervision of Waitstaff-Allocate tables to servers and monitor their performance. Train and guide new staff in service procedures and standards. Ensure waiters maintain hygiene, grooming, etc. Coordination with Kitchen-Communicate guest orders clearly to the kitchen, Coordinate food delivery timing to ensure correct sequence of service. Monitor food quality and presentation before it is served Table & Section Management-Supervise the cleanliness and readiness of tables and section, Ensure proper table setting, cutlery, glassware, and condiments Complaint Handling & Customer Feedback-Address guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly, Gather customer feedback for service improvement. Billing & Payment Assistance-Ensure accurate billing and cross-check guest orders.
