*Key Responsibilities* Internal Support - Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications across different depts. - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation. - Track action items and follow-ups from leadership meetings. - Support HR and operations with onboarding, staff coordination, and event planning External Engagement - Liaise with partners, vendors, and clients on behalf of the company owner - Prepare correspondence, proposals, and formal communications - Assist in organizing external meetings, travel, and events - Represent the company professionally in external interactions *Owner-Specific Requests* - Handle confidential tasks and personal errands as needed - Provide logistical support for travel, appointments, and special projects - Act as a trusted gatekeeper and sounding board for the owner’s initiatives *****Qualifications - Proven experience in executive support, administration, or operations - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication - Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP Systems, and scheduling tools - Discretion, emotional intelligence, and a service-oriented mindset
