We are hiring an experienced Facility Management Supervisor to oversee and manage building operations, maintenance, and service providers. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily facility operations and ensure smooth functioning of all services. Coordinate with contractors and service providers for cleaning, security, landscaping, and MEP works. Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Monitor and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Address tenant/owner requests and resolve facility-related issues in a timely manner. Prepare reports and support management with proposals and cost-control measures. Lead and supervise technicians to ensure quality work within deadlines. Requirements: Proven experience as Facility Management Supervisor (mandatory). Strong technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.). Good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Open to Male and Female candidates. Candidates on Husband Visa will be given priority.

Inspect painted surfaces for quality assurance and rectify any inadequacies promptly. Maintain an inventory of painting supplies and reorder stock as necessary. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under strict deadlines. Good physical condition and the capability to stand for extended periods. Vocational training or apprenticeship in automotive painting is highly desirable.
