Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and organized Office & Logistics Assistant to join our team. This role combines basic administrative support with logistics coordination to ensure smooth operations of our business. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and issue Proforma Invoices and delivery instructions for customer orders. Coordinate logistics for shipments, including arranging transportation and follow-up with shipping partners. Manage export and import documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Maintain records and filing of all shipping and invoicing documents. Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to track orders and resolve queries. Serve coffee, tea, and refreshments to the Managing Director, senior staff, and visiting guests as needed. Support general office tasks as required to facilitate daily operations. Requirements: Basic understanding of logistics processes and documentation (import/export preferred). Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Professional, courteous, and presentable demeanor. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Prior experience in a similar administrative or logistics support role is an advantage.
