We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions. HR Specialist responsibilities include preparing compensation and benefits packages, setting up company policies and maintaining updated employee records. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of labor legislation. Key Responsibilities: • Recruitment and Hiring: Assists with the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding of new employees. • Employee Relations: Addresses employee concerns, mediate workplace disputes, and work to foster a positive and productive work environment. • Compensation and Benefits: Provides assistance in administering employee benefits, process payroll, and ensure employees understand their compensation and benefits packages. • Training and Development: Will be occasionally become involved in identifying training needs, developing training programs, and facilitating professional development opportunities. • Compliance: Ensures the organization complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations. • Policy Implementation: Helps develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
