*Maintaining employee files (digital and paper). *Updating HR databases with new hire, termination, and promotion information. *Preparing HR-related reports as requested. *Gathering and entering data for payroll processing. *Maintaining All Company documents. *Coordinate with PRO for staff Visa processing, Cancellation etc. *Need to maintain all the data, such as staff accommodations, shop rents, insurances of shops, and keep track of when these things are expiring so they can be renewed on time. *Should have good knowledge of Ms. Office (Excel & Word).* *Must be sound minded.
