Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks with professionalism and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence. - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails in a timely manner. - Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. - Assist with onboarding of new employees and general HR support tasks. - Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as needed. - Ensure the office environment is tidy, organized, and welcoming. - Support event planning and internal communication activities. - Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Odoo, Google Workspace, Excel. Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration or related field.
