Location: Al Quoz 1, Dubai UAE Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Negotiable Company: TARRAB TRADING CO LLC Key Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests with a professional and friendly attitude. • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely manner. • Manage and route emails and messages to the appropriate department or individual. • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming. • Schedule appointments and meetings for staff and clients. • Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. • Assist with maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering as needed. • Provide administrative support to other team members when required. • Book hotels and flight tickets for the Manager & Staff as per travel requirements, ensuring all arrangements are made efficiently and professionally. Ensure travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation are in line with the MD's preferences and requirements. • Preparing quotation • Review all venders and suppliers • Maintain purchase records and other important data • Work with team members to complete duties as needed • Maintain and update a list of suppliers • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently • Accurate attention to detail
