We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented experienced Admin to support daily office operations. The successful candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage office resources, and ensure smooth workflow across departments. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks. Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation (physical and digital). Handle correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.) and route them appropriately. Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff as needed. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees. Prepare reports, presentations, and memos as directed. Support HR, finance, and operations with data entry and documentation. Ensure office cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field. Should have 01-year experience as an Admin in UAE
