Eligibility (must-have): Only candidates with prior experience in the Real Estate sector will be considered. Applications without real estate expertise will not be reviewed. We’re hiring an Administrative Officer to keep our office operations running smoothly and support our real estate activities with timely communication, accurate records, and efficient coordination. What You’ll Do • Draft, format, and issue letters, memos, minutes, and basic contracts as directed by management. • Maintain organized digital & physical filing (employee records, vendor files, property documents). • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and logistics for management and staff. • Prepare simple reports, trackers, and dashboards (e.g., leads, listings, expenses, renewals). • Support listing and deal workflows by coordinating documentation and client follow-ups. • Liaise with internal teams and external parties (landlords, tenants, suppliers, couriers). • Handle office procurement & inventory (stationery, pantry items, small assets) and track petty cash. • Ensure data accuracy in systems/CRMs and keep records up to date. • Escalate issues or delays promptly and propose practical next steps. What You’ll Need • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace; basic report building and tracker upkeep. • Clear written & verbal communication in English; additional languages a plus. • Comfort working with CRMs/records and following structured processes. • Positive, service-oriented mindset and the ability to coordinate across teams. • Real estate or fast-paced office experience preferred (freshers with the right skills considered).
