This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Desktop Support Engineer provides technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software for clients both in person and remotely. The role requires troubleshooting software and hardware issues and providing timely resolutions to ensure that clients’ systems are functioning effectively and efficiently. The Desktop Support Engineer will report to the Manager of IT Support. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field At least two years of experience in desktop support or a related field Excellent knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, and other standard business applications Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and TCP/IP networking Understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting procedures and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
