Description

As a Senior DBA at BlackStone eIT, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle database environments. This contract position spans six months, during which you will ensure optimal database performance, availability, and security while working closely with development teams to support application requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in database management, performance tuning, and backup recovery processes. Key Responsibilities: Database Installation and Configuration: Oversee installation, configuration, and tuning of Oracle databases to meet software and operational needs. Performance Monitoring: Monitor database performance and carry out optimization to ensure high availability and to facilitate efficient data access. Backup and Recovery: Implement robust backup and recovery solutions to safeguard and recover data as necessary. Security Management: Enforce database security policies to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaboration: Work closely with application developers to support database-related aspects of system design and integration. Database Upgrades: Manage and execute database upgrades and migrations in compliance with best practices. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of database configurations, processes, and policies. Support: Provide troubleshooting support for database issues and implement corrective actions as required. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in database administration, with a focus on Oracle databases. Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Oracle database installation, configuration, and administration. Experience in database performance tuning and optimization. Proficiency with backup and recovery solutions using RMAN and other tools. Solid understanding of database security principles and practices. Familiar with database monitoring tools and scripts (e.g., Oracle Enterprise Manager). Understanding of database clustering and high availability solutions (e.g., Oracle RAC). Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL is essential. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively. Role Summary As VP of Growth, you'll be the strategic architect of our expansion, responsible for scaling our game-making learning community through strategic partnerships and sustainable revenue growth. What You’ll Be Doing Strategic Partnerships Development & Management Design and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to reach 7,500+ learners from underserved communities through packaged learning experiences by the end of the fiscal year. Identify, prospect, and establish partnerships with educational institutions, NGOs, and nonprofits, particularly in emerging markets (Global South). Lead pilot program development with 4 strategic partners, creating scalable models that can reach 100,000+ learners by 2026 and scale into the millions thereafter. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with Endless Access’ mission and growth objectives. Revenue Growth & Funding Strategy Lead grant applications and maintain relationships with grant and private revenue stakeholders to maximize funding opportunities for scale. Global Software Solutions Group FZ-LLC is seeking an experienced and technically strong Senior Aani Developer to lead the development, integration, and implementation of Aani-based instant payment services. The role is central to supporting our participation in the CBUAE’s National Payment Systems Strategy (NPSS) through seamless enablement of the UAE Instant Payment Platform – Aani, covering its Core Services, Overlay Services, and Value-Added Services (VAS). The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on experience with Aani APIs, ISO 20022 message formats, proxy-based payments, and end-to-end customer onboarding via the Aani White Label App. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of Aani Core and Overlay services, ensuring full compliance with Al Etihad Payments (AEP) specifications and guidelines. Design, build, and integrate real-time credit transfer services that utilize Aani Core components with support for clearing and settlement via real-time and batch modes.
