This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Desktop Support Engineer provides technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software for clients both in person and remotely. The role requires troubleshooting software and hardware issues and providing timely resolutions to ensure that clients’ systems are functioning effectively and efficiently. The Desktop Support Engineer will report to the Manager of IT Support.
