1. Job Overview The Cybersecurity Team Leader is responsible for leading, coordinating, and overseeing the company’s security initiatives. This includes penetration testing consulting, malware analysis, cybersecurity solution consulting, security tool development, and system monitoring. 2. Key Responsibilities Security Team Management Lead the Penetration Testing, Malware Analysis, and Security Development teams. Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure high team performance. Develop and implement skill development plans for team members. Security Project Planning & Execution Plan and execute penetration testing, system security assessments, and malware analysis projects. Deploy security solutions for internal systems and clients. Evaluate and improve the company's security policies and frameworks. Risk Management & Incident Response Monitor and investigate cyberattacks and security incidents. Develop and maintain incident response procedures to ensure rapid mitigation. Collaborate with other departments to strengthen the organization’s security posture. Research & Security Technology Development Stay up to date with emerging cyber threats, attack techniques, and defense strategies. Lead internal research and develop in-house security tools. Support security training programs and mentor junior security engineers. Security Strategy Advisory Provide tailored security recommendations to clients and partners. Work with the executive team to define the company's security roadmap and strategy. Represent the company at cybersecurity conferences, workshops, and industry events. 3. Job Requirements Knowledge & Skills In-depth knowledge of security testing for Web, Mobile, API, Network, and Cloud environments. Proficient in security tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite Pro, and relevant development tools. Solid experience in Incident Response, Threat Hunting, SOC operations, and SIEM technologies. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to produce high-quality technical security reports and present findings to clients. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional experience in cybersecurity. At least 2 to 3 years of proven experience in managing security teams. Preferred Qualifications Advanced cybersecurity certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, OSEP, OSWE, CISSP, CISM, CRTP, CRTE, GXPN, GPEN, CEH, PNPT. Hands-on experience in SOC and SIEM deployment, Red Teaming, and DevSecOps. Contributions to the cybersecurity community (e.g., Bug Bounty programs, CVEs, CTF competitions, vulnerability research).
