Description

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting stock from the office, driving to customer locations, and providing exceptional service by addressing complaints, performing maintenance, and handling installations of water systems and related equipment. Stock Collection: Collect required stock and equipment from the company office or warehouse at the beginning of each workday. Customer Visits: Drive to various customer locations promptly and safely as scheduled. Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to water systems and services. Maintenance & Service: Perform routine service and preventive maintenance on water purifiers, dispensers, or filtration systems. Installation: Carry out installation of new water systems and ensure they are functioning correctly. Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and time spent at each job site.
