Assist in recruitment processes by scheduling interviews and managing applicant databases. Handle communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Maintain and update office records and documentation for compliance and reporting. Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and other logistical requirements. Assist in HR tasks and collaborate with department management on various projects. Requirements Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
