Vice President, Middle East & Africa
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President (VP) of Middle East & Africa (MEA) to lead our sales growth and expansion in the region. This individual will play a crucial role in driving market strategy, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring business success for Faria Education Group across the MEA region. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the education market (ideally in K-12), a proven track record of leading sales in the region, and the ability to navigate the complexities of multiple countries within the MEA landscape. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and market share across the Middle East and Africa. Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on achieving ambitious targets. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and government entities in the region. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets, leveraging deep regional knowledge. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives. Act as the company’s representative and spokesperson in the region at industry events, conferences, and with media. Monitor and analyze regional sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership. Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments. Recruit and Develop Channel Partners: Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with strategic channel partners to expand market reach and drive growth. Experience in Recruiting and Managing Channel Partners: Demonstrated success in identifying, onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners to drive business growth. Proven Track Record of Meeting or Exceeding Quotas: Consistently achieved or surpassed sales targets, showcasing strong performance in a results-driven environment.
