Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Paints & Coatings Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Mid-Level to Senior Reporting To: Business Development Director About Us: We are a growing paint manufacturing company based in Dubai, UAE, serving a wide range of markets with premium quality coatings and paint products. We are now expanding our reach into East Africa and are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to lead this expansion from our Dubai hub. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to focus on developing and managing relationships with East African clients. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in or with reputable paint companies (e.g., National Paints, Jotun, Caparol, Asian Paints, etc.) and a proven track record of selling to or managing East African markets. This role is based in Dubai, and will involve frequent interaction with East African clients (existing and potential). Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential clients in East African countries. - Develop strong relationships with importers, distributors, construction companies, and other relevant stakeholders in the paint and construction industry. - Promote and sell the company’s paint products, offering technical guidance and tailored solutions. - Collaborate with the internal production and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient deliveries to East Africa. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. - Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and business events to network and represent the brand. - Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market opportunities, and challenges. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Requirements: - Minimum of 5–10 years of sales experience in the paint or coatings industry. - Previous work experience with leading paint companies such as National Paints, Jotun, Caparol, or similar is highly preferred. - Demonstrated experience working with or selling to East African markets or clients. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Fluency in English is required - Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently. - Valid UAE driving license preferred.
