Ø Maintain and develop customer liaison as strategic plan. Ø Should be self-Motivated and adopt Target oriented behavior. Ø Follow-up daily steps to fulfill customer order. Budget & Cost Control • Develop and manage the sales department budget; optimize marketing spend and promotional. • Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and third-party service providers to reduce operational costs. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 5+ years progressive sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in wholesale & retail, • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management ERP systems and Microsoft Office; fluent in English and Hindi. .
