Business Setup Executive

Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for a highly experienced and reliable Business Setup Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a solid track record in handling business formation processes in the UAE and be fluent in both English and Mandarin. This role involves end-to-end management of client requirements, documentation, and coordination with government and free zone authorities. Key Responsibilities: Independently manage the complete business setup process for Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore companies. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance tailored to their business needs. Prepare, review, and submit all necessary documentation and applications for licensing, visas, and approvals. Coordinate with UAE government departments (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, etc.) and free zone authorities. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and keep clients updated on progress. Communicate fluently and professionally in both English and Mandarin to handle international clients effectively. Requirements: Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in business setup or corporate services within the UAE. Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written). English is mandatory, Mandarin would be a bonus. In-depth knowledge of UAE company formation procedures and relevant legal requirements. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. UAE driving license is a plus.
