We are looking for a talented Business Development Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to help identify potential growth opportunities for the business, the product and the client base. Assist in developing strategies to expand Webook presence. Help build a pipeline of business opportunities. Qualify inbound leads and create a comprehensive list for outbound leads Establish and maintain relationships with sports organizations, event organizers, and corporate partners. Assist in negotiating business agreements and partnerships. Assist in developing and executing sales and growth strategies. Monitor sales & business development performance and suggest improvements. Collaborate with marketing to drive user / client acquisition. Support business development initiatives to align with company goals. Provide regular reports on business development activities and market trends. Work with other departments to ensure cohesive execution of strategies. Support and learn from senior team members. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in business development or sales in the entertainment,  hospitality technology or IT industry in the UAE.  Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Fluent in both Arabic and English.
