Premium Solutions Consultancy – Qatar is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our Clients innovative team in Dubai - UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for a professional approach in dynamic Facility management sector to develop market research,  and maintain clients and should be results oriented. Identify and secure new FM contracts across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on long-term partnerships Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth targets Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and tender opportunities Requirements 5+ years in FM business development in the UAE Proven success in securing soft/hard services or integrated FM contracts in Dubai Strong knowledge of FM service delivery models, cost structures and value propositions Understanding of CAFM system technology- led FM innovations Strategic mindset with hand on approach to market penetration Strong network within Dubai’s real estate and property management ecosystem Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field (FM Certifications are a plus) Valid UAE driving license and own car preferre Benefits Competitive salary range (18,000 - 22,000 AED) + performance-based incentives

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President (VP) of Middle East & Africa (MEA) to lead our sales growth and expansion in the region. This individual will play a crucial role in driving market strategy, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring business success for Faria Education Group across the MEA region. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the education market (ideally in K-12), a proven track record of leading sales in the region, and the ability to navigate the complexities of multiple countries within the MEA landscape. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and market share across the Middle East and Africa. Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on achieving ambitious targets.
