Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the waste management, recycling, and environmental services sector. Proactively search for and acquire new clients across the UAE to expand the company’s customer base. Lead the preparation, costing, and submission of tenders, bids, and proposals in alignment with company strategy. Analyze project requirements, review technical specifications, and prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates. Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, municipalities, contractors, and private sector clients. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence to support business growth and strategic decision-making. Collaborate closely with the operations and finance teams to ensure proper pricing and efficient service delivery. Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, promoting services and capabilities. Drive achievement of sales targets, revenue growth, and business development KPIs. Ensure all activities comply with company policies, UAE regulations, and environmental laws.
