Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and providing excellent customer service. You will play a key role in helping our company grow by increasing revenue and expanding our customer base. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads. Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers. Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions to meet their requirements. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Handle objections and negotiate deals effectively. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in CRM software. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. Proven work experience as a salesperson or in a similar sales role. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and competitive environment. Preferred Skills: Industry-specific experience (e.g., tech, retail, real estate, etc.). Multilingual abilities are a plus.
