Client Onboarding:Successfully convert prospective leads into active customers through effective communication and negotiation. Meet or exceed customer acquisition targets within the assigned timeline. Skills & Qualifications: Customer Development Expertise:Demonstrated ability to identify and engage potential clients through multiple channels (online research, social media, email, etc.). Skilled in managing customer information, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. Communication & Negotiation:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals while ensuring mutual satisfaction. Market Insight:Capability to understand and adapt to different market dynamics, including customer needs and cultural considerations in the assigned region.
