Position: **Automotive Sales Manager**
**Compensation:**
Base salary: 8,000–12,000 / AED month + individual sales commission + team performance bonus.
Company dormitory and shuttle service available upon request.
**Position Overview:**
Lead the company’s automotive sales team; plan, direct, and monitor daily sales activities. Possess in-depth knowledge of wholesale, retail, and re-export logistics for motor vehicles; ensure seamless coordination across all operational stages.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Team Leadership & Development**
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff; set clear performance targets and KPIs.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews to maximize team productivity and customer satisfaction.
2. **Sales Strategy & Execution**
• Design and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust pricing and promotional strategies in real time.
3. **Daily Operations Management**
• Organize and oversee daily sales activities, including showroom operations, test-drive programs, and customer follow-up.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock availability.
4. **Channel & Logistics Coordination**
• Manage end-to-end processes for wholesale, retail, and re-export transactions.
• Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and port authorities to guarantee timely and compliant vehicle deliveries.
5. **Customer Relationship Management**
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, fleet buyers, and dealership partners.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints and warranty issues promptly to uphold brand reputation.
6. **Reporting & Compliance**
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards for senior management.
• Ensure all transactions comply with local regulations, taxation policies, and company credit-control procedures.
7. **Budget & Cost Control**
• Develop and manage the sales department budget; optimize marketing spend and promotional ROI.
• Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and third-party service providers to reduce operational costs.
**Qualifications & Skills:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years progressive automotive sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in wholesale, retail, and re-export markets.
• Strong understanding of import/export documentation, customs clearance, and international logistics.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office; fluent in English and Arabic.
