Key Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new sales leads in logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain services. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to customer requirements. • Negotiate rates and service terms with clients to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs. • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of services. • Maintain an updated client database and track sales activities. • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Understand client shipping requirements and recommend the most suitable freight solutions (Air, Sea, Road, Customs Clearance, Warehousing). Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). • Proven experience in sales within logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping industry. • Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain solutions, and international trade terms (Incoterms). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Driving license.
