Role Overview: The M&A and Corporate Development Head at Eva Pharma will lead the strategy to acquire companies, products, or marketing authorizations that drive growth and competitiveness globally. This includes identifying opportunities, managing due diligence, negotiating deals, and overseeing integration. The role works closely with legal, finance, and regulatory teams to ensure acquisitions align with business goals and global standards, to expand and diversify Eva Pharma's portfolio across different markets. Key Responsibilities:  Identify, evaluate and pursue global acquisition opportunities — companies, products, or marketing authorizations across different markets that fit with the company’s long-term goals. Lead and manage the entire deal process, including negotiations, due diligence, and closing. Oversee the integration of new acquisitions, ensuring smooth alignment and execution across all stakeholders Monitor market trends and assess competition to spot new opportunities that can strengthen the business.   Requirements 10+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, or strategic partnerships, preferably in the pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry, with a total years of 20+ years of experience Proven experience managing M&A transactions, from deal identification to successful integration, including cross-border deals with complex regulatory and market challenges. Demonstrated success in acquiring companies or marketing authorizations in different markets
