As our IT Helpdesk & Support Specialist, you will: Provide day-to-day technical support across hardware, software, networks, printers, VoIP systems, and general IT troubleshooting. Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for both new and existing employees. Support our IT infrastructure, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi networks. Troubleshoot and maintain systems across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and handle user issues on these platforms. Provide basic support and coordination for cPanel (emails, domains, hosting settings). Ensure smooth usage and access to CRM platforms (Bitrix24) and marketing tools. Assist in onboarding new tech tools, including AI dashboards and analytics systems. Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and support tickets. Liaise with external vendors for advanced troubleshooting or specialized systems. ✅ Requirements Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field. 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally in a fast-paced, service-focused industry (real estate, creative agencies, financial services a plus). Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking. Experience with cPanel for email, DNS, or hosting management. Familiarity with CRM platforms like Bitrix24, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar is highly desirable. Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices (password protocols, MFA, phishing awareness). A friendly, service-oriented attitude, able to support a diverse team under pressure. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written). Ability to juggle multiple requests and maintain professionalism.
