We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support, managing helpdesk operations, and ensuring smooth IT service delivery across the organization. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential, as the role involves frequent interaction with internal teams and external clients via email, phone, and support platforms. Skills and Responsibilities: Provide first-line technical support to employees via various channels (phone, email, chat). Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Proven experience as an IT Helpdesk Specialist or similar role. Strong knowledge of Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online and SharePoint. Experience with Intune for device management and security. Familiarity with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Apple device management. Proficiency in Active Directory user management, group policies, and permissions. Knowledge of DNS configuration and troubleshooting. Experience with web hosting platforms and domain management. Proficiency in Slack administration, Microsoft Teams administration, and Zoom administration. Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems such as Zendesk. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) CCNA or equivalent networking knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum of 3 years' experience in the IT field.
