Job Requirements: 1. At least 8 years of work experience, with all relevant certificates. Must be proficient in lactation duct unblocking, lactation stimulation, postpartum recovery, monitoring newborn jaundice, and other basic professional skills. Must be highly skilled in preparing postnatal meals and baby complementary foods. 2. Good communication and coordination skills, proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and learning ability, hardworking, able to follow company arrangements, meticulous and patient in work. 3. Candidates with early education certification will be given priority. 4. Must be able to speak Mandarin. Employee Benefits: 1. The company will cover the cost of a two-year work visa for employees, providing legal residency status in the UAE, and will pay for local medical insurance, eliminating concerns about medical expenses due to illness. 2. After completing one year of the contract, the company allows one month of vacation and provides a 5,000 RMB subsidy for the return air ticket to China. If the employee chooses not to take the vacation, the 5,000 RMB will be directly added to their salary and paid promptly. 3. Free accommodation is provided, with all utilities including water, electricity, internet, gas, and property fees fully covered by the company. Meals are to be arranged by the employee. 4. Holiday benefits and care allowances (annual plans will be adjusted according to company policy and are subject to the current year's policy).
