MECHANICAL ENGINEER CUM CNC MACHINES OPERATOR

1. Holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree with One Year Experience OR Holds Diploma in Mechanical with 02 years experience. 2. Understanding of Sheet Metal Fabrication and manufacturing. 3. Can generate BOM based on designed sheet metal structure 4. Can use CAD either of Solid Works/ProE/CREO. 5. Experience in supervision of CNC Laser Cutting and CNC Press Brake along with understanding of powder painting process. 6. Understanding of Cypcut Sheet metal cutting software and DELEM CNC Bending software. 7. Able to supervise the Fabrication Process. 8. Basic Understanding in making quotations for Clients. 9. Good communication skills to conduct client meetings. 10. Holds UAE Driving license. 11. Experience in CNC Laser Cutting and CNC Press Brake based Fabrication. 12. Can operate Cypcut and DELEM softwares for CNC Laser Cutting and CNC Press Brake. 13. Can understand Technical Drawings and assist in preparation of BOQ. 14. Can supervise welders to assemble the sheet metal fabrications sub-assemblies.
