• Proven in-depth knowledge and experience in Facilities Management operations, especially Hard Services • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a reputable Facilities Management company in the UAE • Demonstrated experience in Contractor Management • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering • Good verbal and written communication skills in English • UAE Driving License (preferred) • Fit-out company experience in the UAE is mandatory • Working knowledge and experience with CAFM systems • Experience in technical report preparation and submission • Immediate availability preferred
