Desired Candidate Profile Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards. Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms. Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities. Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk. Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments. Communicate issues to next shift. Complete required paperwork.

Qualifications: Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality, hotel, or holiday home environments is preferred. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Ability to use mobile apps for following up on checklists and reporting maintenance issues. Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor tasks.
