Sunreef Yachts Charter, the world leader in luxury catamaran charters, is expanding its global presence and looking for a dynamic, results-driven Charter Manager to join our Dubai office.   As a Charter Manager, you will play a key role in managing our exclusive fleet of Sunreef Yachts in the region, building strong relationships with owners and clients, and leading all aspects of yacht charter operations and marketing.   Key Responsibilities:     •         Manage the charter fleet   including relationships with yacht owners, captains, and crew     •         Develop and execute charter marketing strategies for each yacht, including digital listings, social media, and print materials     •         Handle charter inquiries from clients and brokers, preparing tailored proposals and itineraries     •         Ensure yachts are listed and regularly updated on key charter platforms (Yachtfolio, Charter Index, Ankor, Yatco)     •         Negotiate and finalize charter contracts (MYBA and Sunreef formats)     •         Coordinate pre-charter logistics, including provisioning, guest preferences, and concierge services     •         Represent Sunreef Yachts Charter at yacht shows, industry events, and networking functions     •         Monitor charter performance and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery Requirements     •         Minimum 3 years of experience in the yacht charter or luxury hospitality industry     •         Strong understanding of the international yacht charter market and charter regulations (especially MYBA)     •         Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and client management skills     •         Fluent in English; additional language is a plus     •         Confident working with HNW and UHNW clients     •         Proactive, entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for yachting and travel     •         Based in Dubai or willing to relocate

About the job Based at the Emirates palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi within the Food & Beverage Department, the Assistant Restaurant Manager responsible to provide an outstanding guest experience within the outlet concept by assisting in managing a service team in cooperation with the culinary team. The Assistant Restaurant Manager provides a courteous, professional and efficient service in accordance with the standards of Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi. The Assistant Restaurant Manager reports to the Restaurant Manager. As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties: Provide a professional and courteous service at all times and ensure that all employees of the assigned outlet follow the example. Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organised at all times. Execute and demand the team to execute the highest level of service and set-up standards at all times. Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered by the hotel. Understand thoroughly the concept of the outlet and train all employees of the outlet in regard to the concept. Set an example in terms of service, products and guidance of the team that reflects the concept. Actively participate in menu design in cooperation with the outlet Head Chef and Chef Sommelier / Sommelier. Organize tastings of daily dishes and new menus.
