Summary: At Huda Beauty, makeup artistry is everything. We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to join our influencer marketing team and focus specifically on makeup artists, both the rising stars and the industry legends. You’ll play a key role in identifying top artists known for either their next-level glam or their standout presence on social media, then building long-term relationships that turn them into brand advocates. This is a unique role at the intersection of artistry and influence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Talent Discovery & Relationship Building
Scout emerging and established makeup artists globally, especially those with a strong digital presence or standout glam looks
Build and nurture relationships with MUA talent across all tiers
Create and maintain a live roster of key artists globally and work closely with our regional markets to identify rising talent
Partnerships & Engagement
Identify opportunities to connect artists with product launches, brand events, creator content, and campaign initiatives
Collaborate with the Influencer, PR, and Brand teams to build personalized seeding strategies and outreach moments
Coordinate artist involvement in branded shoots, social content, event appearances, and collabs
Relationship Management & Growth
Serve as a consistent point of contact between Huda Beauty and MUA talent
Maintain artist engagement through consistent communication, product support, and creative activations
Track relationship status and engagement effectiveness over time, flagging key opportunities for long term partnerships
Insights & Reporting
Monitor social reach, content performance, and emerging beauty trends to inform talent strategy
Help gather and organize data to measure ROI from artist partnerships
Provide clear recaps and performance insights on artist campaigns and activations for internal stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field.
4+ years of experience in celebrity, influencer or talent management, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
Proven success leading large-scale global campaigns and immersive brand experiences, MUA-focused events is a plus.
Deep knowledge of both classic and digital media landscapes.
Strong understanding of social media trends, influencer platforms, and the professional MUA space
Established network of media and influencer contacts.
Strong crisis communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Multilingual and global experience is a plus.
